Manifesting through Movement

Join us for our first Soulscape Workshop of 2022, Manifesting through Movement.  Soulscape is a movement-based healing and communal practice centered around social emotional health & creative expression. This practice serves as an opportunity to embrace your inner self and thoughts, embody healing through movement, and empower you to find freedom through self-expression. This workshop will focus on setting our intentions for the year, and using movement as a manifesting practice.

When: Sunday, January 23 11-12:30pm PST // 2-3:30pm EST

Where: Virtual Workshop

$10 members   | $25 non-members 


Join us for our monthly community movement class. This month's class will be taught by co-founder Toni. During this mindful movement practice we will explore movement through a yoga practice. This community class open to all levels. Toni will teach progressively and give modifications during the class. 

When: Saturday, February 5 9-10am PST // 12-1pm EST

Community Mixer

Every month we love to welcome our new Soultry Sanctuary members and catch up with you current members. We check-in, reflect on the past month and share our intention and theme for the month. We look forward to connecting and celebrating with you all!

Intersectional Environmental Discussion

The Hill Street Country Club and The Reuse Project presents in collaboration with Intersectional Environmentalists, two virtual discussions focusing on the harms posed to the planet from generational damage.The Re-Use Project is an environmental art collective under the umbrella of The Hill Street Country Club Art Space! The goal of these talks is to uplift environmental perspectives from Indigenous Cultures and People of Color to have a space for discussion together. We hope you come curious and with questions where we will have a panel of guests attending, stay tuned to learn more about our guests for each talk!


When:  January 29th & February 5th 12pm-1pm

Jan 29 | This talk will be focusing on the Cal State San Marcos Campus to discuss what has been done to promote intersectionality for the University and steps which still need to be taken.

Feb 5 | This discussion will be for the General Community focusing on North County San Diego and broader as a country.

Soultainable Self-Care

February is all about celebrating self-love & soulcare! We will be sharing a few simple ways to take care of our mind, body, and soul – while also sustaining the community and environment around us. On February 10, DC EcoWomen is partnering with Soultry Sisters to share the importance of soulstainability and self-care through intentional, sustainable living and DIY eco-friendly crafts! We will send out a list of supplies post-registration.


When: February 10th 3:30-4:30pm PST // 6:30-7:30pm EST
