
SoulFlow Mindful Movement Series​
Join us for a monthly mindful movement practice. Each month co-founders Alyssa and Toni will alternate teaching virtual Pilates and Yoga classes. These virtual movement classes are an extension of our online membership where we provide guided movement practices for our community. This live class is an opportunity for us to collectively practice and reflect on how movement is serving us in our personal healing journey.

We are excited to be partnering with Continuum Arts & Pilates. Co-Founder Ajay will guide a mat Pilates series that highlights the fundamentals of the Pilates method, with a focus on intentional movement and embodied awareness.

This class is an opportunity to practice collectively and reflect on how movement supports us in our personal healing journeys. Together, we’ll build strength, stability, and deeper connection to self.

Open to all levels, the series will progress thoughtfully each week, with modifications and variations offered throughout class to ensure accessibility and challenge for every body.

Starting March 1st, build consistency, strength, and mindfulness with our Soultry Sisters March Matness Challenge — a month dedicated to DAILY mindful movement. This challenge is designed to help you stay committed, feel stronger, and move with intention all month long — and it’s completely accessible from wherever you are. Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Subscribe to our Youtube Channel - Throughout March, we’ll be sharing FREE
pre-recorded mat Pilates classes on our YouTube channel, making it easy to move daily on your own schedule. Follow our Mindful March Matness (2026 Challenge) Playlist
Step 2: Commit to Daily Movement - Complete a daily mat session using our FREE YouTube classes, and join us every Sunday at 8:30am PST for a LIVE virtual mat Pilates class in collaboration with Continuum Arts & Pilates. These sessions offer real-time guidance, community energy, and an opportunity to deepen your practice.
